INSTITUTE OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATION

Institute of Human Rights and non-formal Education is a Non-profit Organization & Non Government Organization, created by the will of a group of young professionals with many years of experience in the field of Human Rights and non-formal education. IHRE Albania started working as an informal group since 2018 and it was officially established in Tirana in October 2019.

Our mission is to raise awareness, to promote and to develop human rights through studies, researches , seminars, conferences, workshops and trainings for younger’s with various topics that are affecting the reality of human rights in our country, through the assessment of different needs and the implementation of innovative ideas and projects.

YOUTH FOR WORK

The purpose of this project is to give young people an opportunity to start
professional practices and first work experiences at a younger age
starting from high school or even in the first years of university

SHARING DESIGN YOUR JOB 

“Sharing Design Your Job“ is a project supported by European Union through the ERASMUS+ program. The project’s main objective is to enhance developed ICT educational programs and create complementarity with the needs of the labor market by increasing the capacities of partners and the project target group.

FROM POLLUTION TO INCLUSION

“From Pollution 2 Inclusion” is a youth exchange that aims to gather motivated young people that are enthusiasts of movie making, storytelling, and anyone else who would like to gain skills and competencies to start using short movies as a tool to send their message to the world.

EDGES OF GENDER

EDGES of Gender is a training course on the four gender dimensions through artistic photography. During 6 days of activities, participants will learn about gender, sexuality, visual storytelling and expression.


ENTER WEEK 2019

ENTER! Youth Week gathered around 350 people, disadvantaged young people, youth workers, representatives of local authorities, the European Youth Forum and the Advisory Council and a group of 12 facilitators and reporters.


YOUTH WORK OUT – TOGETHER FOR ALL YOUNG PEOPLE

The main aim of the study session was to support the development of competencies of those individuals that are providing youth support, for human rights-based youth work programs and outreaching young people, particularly those at risk of or experiencing marginalization or exclusion.
