Ervin KURTI - Executive Director
Ervin Kurti is the Executive Director & co-founder of 'Institute of Human Rights and non-formal Education' with over 6 years of experience in the civil society & project management in Albania. Most recently he worked in the Project Management Office in EESTEC LC Tirana where he was responsible for standards, mentoring, education, and program development for project management staff. He holds a Master Degree in Information Systems in Business from “Mediterranean University of Albania‘‘, and certification from different projects in Albania and European countries. He started working in the field of Human Rights since 2016 as part of No Hate Speech Albania, as an activist and later as a facilitator & trainer in many projects with the same topic.

Suhida DERMANI - Secretary General
Suhida Dermani is the Secretary General & the co-founder of Institute of Human Rights and non-formal Education with over 6 years of experience in the civil society. She holds a master degree in Psychology in Career Guidance. She has successfully finished the Civil Rights Defenders school in 2018 and has successfully finished the Enter! Access your Social Rights from Youth Department of Council of Europe. Her experience is based on the topics of Human Rights Education and non formal education methodology. She is a national and international trainer and has also coordinated different Erasmus+ and Council of Europe projects. Currently she is working in the field of youth employment and gender equality.
