The project\u2019s main objective is to enhance developed ICT educational programs and create complementarity with the needs of the labor market by increasing the capacities of partners and the project target group.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project offers the opportunity for ALL young people in respective participating countries that fit into the eligibility criteria outlined below to enhance their employability skills regardless of their prior formal education or professional experience.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning process of basic software\/hardware manipulation:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introduction to hardware parts and performances;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choosing hardware based on your needs;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tools &amp; safety;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Installation of hardware components;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BIOS set up \/ exercises;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Installation of operating system and drivers;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Installation of basic software;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cyber hygiene. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What am I applying for?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are applying for intensive 9 day\u2019s training Novi Sad, Serbia. If you are selected you are obligated to complete training as well as to fulfill tasks (during the whole education period) that your trainers or ICT Companies will give you. If you successfully finish your education you will receive at least a Youthpass certificate. In order to fulfill your obligations from the scholarship agreement and in order to receive a certificate, you will have to attend at least 80% of the classes and\/or complete successfully all course requirements. All participants before the beginning of education will need to sign a scholarship agreement in which they declare that they are aware of the program duration and that they are committed to participating and taking care of equipment or other resources that they will gain during this project.<br \/><br \/>Participants can choose one or more offered courses, but the project team will decide about both requests\/topics. All courses are completely free\/no charge to selected participants.<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p><ul><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-c68c613\" data-id=\"c68c613\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae828f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae828f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Target groups:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">ALL young people aged 18 \u2013 30 years old;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Focus is on young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training);<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Focus is on young people who are PWD\u2019s (People with Disabilities);<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Focus is on young people who have fewer opportunities.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: The program recognizes the greater risk of social exclusion of young people facing additional barriers such as the vulnerable group outlined above. Thus, these groups are encouraged to take part. However, that does not mean that the program is solely intended for those groups. Even though you do not belong to any of those groups your application will be considered on an equal basis with others. <br \/><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before applying please check if you fit the following basic criteria:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are 18 and 30 years old at the time of applying;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You possess basic computer skills;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are highly motivated to complete all course requirements;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are able to commit at least 5 hours per week to the requirement (workshop and home).<\/span><\/span><\/span><p><\/p><p><b><br \/>Equal opportunities<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are giving our best to ensure equal opportunities for all applicants and participants.
